Constanţa (Romanie pronunciation: [konˈstant͡sa]; historical names: Tomis, Greek: Κωνστάντια or Konstantia, Turkis: Köstence, Bulgarie: Кюстенджа or Kyustendzha) is the auldest livin ceety in Romanie, foondit aroond 600 BC.
