Kizlyar (Roushie: Кизля́р) is a toun in Dagestan, Roushie, locatit in the delta o the Terek River 221 kilometer (137 mi) northwast o Makhachkala. It lees on the border wi Chechnie. Population: 48,984 (2010 Census);[2] 48,457 (2002 Census);[7] 39,748 (1989 Census);[8] 30,000 (1970).
