Bayan-Ölgii (Mongolie: Баян-Өлгий; Kazakh: Бай-Өлке, Rich cradle/region, alternately spelled Olgiy, Ulgii, etc.) is the wastmaist o the 21 aimags (provinces) o Mongolie. The aimag wis established in 1940. Its caipital is Ölgii.
