Fulda (German pronunciation: [ˈfʊlda]) is a ceety in Hessen, Germany; it is locatit on the river Fulda an is the admeenistrative seat o the Fulda destrict (Kreis). In 1990, the toun hostit the 30t Hessentag state festival.
