Tijuana Cairtel
The Tijuana Cairtel (Spaingie: Cártel de Tijuana or Arellano-Félix Organization or Cártel Arellano Félix - CAF) is a Mexican drog cairtel based in Tijuana. The cairtel wis describit as "ane o the biggest an maist violent creeminal groups in Mexico".[4] The Tijuana Cartel wis featured battlin the rival Juárez Cairtel in the 2000 motion pictur Traffic.
