Stari Grad (Serbian Cyrillic: Стари Град, pronounced [stâːriː grâd]) is an urban neighborhuid an ane o 17 municipalities which constitute the Belgrade, the caipital o Serbie. It wis formed bi the merger o the municipality o Skadarlija an pairt o the municipality o Terazije on Januar 1, 1957. Recent presidents o the municipality:
