Sooth Pyongan (P'yŏngannam-do) is a province o North Korea. The province wis formt in 1896 frae the southern hauf o the umwhile P'yŏngan Province, steyin a province o Korea till 1945, then became a province o North Korea. Its caipital is P'yŏngsŏng.
