Johnstoun (Scots Gaelic: Baile Iain)[2] is a toun in Renfrewshire in the wast Middle Lawlands o Scotland. The toun is three mile wast o Paisley an twal mile wast o Glesga ceety centur. In 2001 it haed 15,687 indwallers.
