Emmanuel Marie de Noailles, Marquis o Noailles (Emmanuel Marie Louis; 12 December 1743 - September 1822) wis a french nobleman known as the Marquis o Noailles (marquis de Noailles) He wis also a brither o the (5th) Duke o Noailles) as well as a cousin o the Marquise o La Fayette, wife o the famous Gilbert du Motier, Marquis o Lafayette. He would have also been a distant cousin o Keeng Louis Philippe I o the French whose great-grandmother wis a Noailles tae. He wis also diplomat an ambassador tae Hamburg frae 1768 tae 1770, then tae Amsterdam frae 1770 tae 1776, then tae London 1776–1783, an then finally tae Vienna 1783–1792. He wis created a "Coont o the Empire" (Comte de l'Empire) on 19 Juin 1813 bi Napoleon during the First French Empire.
