Vsevolozhsky Destrict (Roushie: Все́воложский райо́н) is an admeenistrative[1] an municipal[3] destrict (raion), ane o the seiventeen in Leningrad Oblast, Roushie. It is locatit in the central northwastren pairt o the oblast on the Karelie Isthmus an borders wi Priozersky Destrict in the north, Kirovsky District in the sooth, Vyborgsky Destrict in the northwast, the federal ceety o Saunt Petersburg in the wast, an is washed bi Lake Ladoga in the east. The aurie o the destrict is 3,036.4 square kilometer (1,172.4 sq mi).[4] Its admeenistrative center is the toun o Vsevolozhsk.[1] Population (excluding the administrative center): 153,893 (2010 Census preliminary results);[5] 131,233 (2002 Census);[8] 135,318 (1989 Census).[9]

There are mony lakes in the destrict, maist significant o them being Lake Lembolovskoye, Lake Kavgolovskoye, Lake Khepoyarvi, an Lake Voloyarvi. The landscape is maistly flat wi in the sooth an east an hilly in the wast an northwast. Altitudes range atween 170–180 meter (560–590 ft) abuin sea level in the north tae less nor 1 meter (3 ft 3 in) in the sooth.
