Hi Nou Uiserr, please pardon me for writing a message in English. As I am interested in Clonard, I came across your article about St. Finian's National School and noticed that you have uploaded Image:Schule.jpg without providing a license. This image appears to be identical to that on the school's web site: [1]. Do you have a permission from them or was this photograph shot by yourself? Regards, AFBorchert 23:46, 6 Februar 2006 (UTC) P.S.: As you seem to know a little bit of German, you might be interested in my German article about Clonard.Reply

Oh my! A dinna think Saunt Peter will be awfu chuffed wi that.

Clonard

eedit

Hi Nou Uiserr, thanks for your response. Do you see any opportunities to get pictures (with suitable licenses) from Clonard on the Commons? In particular, a picture of St. Finnian's Church would be great. Currently, my German article about Clonard has no pictures at all. While I have lots of material about Clonard in medieval and pre-reformation times, I am somewhat lost at the later history of Clonard and its current state. Any sort of pointers and material would be very much welcome. Thanks and kind regards, AFBorchert 12:47, 2 Apryle 2006 (UTC) P.S.: Regarding St. Finian's National School: Clonard was not founded in the 5th century but at the beginning of the 6th century, most likely c. 520.Reply
