Its admeenistrative centre is the rural locality (a stanitsa) o Ordzhonikidzevskaya.[1] Population: 116,470 (2010 Census);[1] 119,826 (2002 Census).[5] The population o Ordzhonikidzevskaya accoonts for 52.9% o the destrict's tot population.[1]
