  1. As defined bi the Act Regulatin the Coat-o-Airms, Banner an Anthem o the Republic o Slovenia an the Banner o the Slovene Naition ("Zakon o grbu, zastavi in himni Republike Slovenije ter o slovenski narodni zastavi") frae 1994 an published on the wab page o the Naitional Assemmly o Slovenie.[1][2] The quaisten whather the entire Zdravljica or anerly its seivent stanza constitutes the Slovenie naitional anthem remeens unresolved. Whauras the Constitution o Slovenie determines the teetle o the poem, the act aboot the anthem speceefically determines its seivent stanza. It haes been argied that the act contradicts the constitution an that the quaisten shoud be resolved bi the Slovenie Constitutional Coort.[3]
