Whauras the Constitution o Slovenie determines the teetle o the poem, the act aboot the anthem speceefically determines its seivent stanza. It haes been argied that the act contradicts the constitution an that the quaisten shoud be resolved bi the Slovenie Constitutional Coort.[3]
