Ryogo Hirota

Japanese mathematician an former professor at Waseda Varsity

Ryogo Hirota (1932-2015) is a Japanese mathematician an former professor at Waseda Varsity. He investigatit aboot nonlinear differential equations an their discrete versions[1][2][3][4][5]. He inventit a method tae solve nonlinear differential equations, an it is currently known as the "Hirota's direct method"[6][7][8].
