Runavík
Runavík is a comparatively urbanised veelage in the Faroe Islands. It lees on the sooth hauf o the isle o Eysturoy. The municipality o the same name incorporates 14 settlements[2] includin Æðuvík, Rituvík, Saltangará, Glyvrar, Lambi, Lambareiði, Søldarfjørður, Skipanes, Skáli, Skálafjørður, Funningsfjørður, Funningur, Elduvík an Oyndarfjørður which thegither form a lang, narrae residential connurbation ower 10 kilometre lang follaein the east bank Skálafjørður (a fjord). As o 2010 the municipality haed a total population o 3,797 inhabitants,[2] a rise o ower 100 in five years. This maks it the third lairgest toun in the Faroe Islands.
