Nürburgring
The Nürburgring is a 150,000 fowk capacity motorsports complex locatit in the toun o Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It featurs a Grand Prix race track built in 1984, an a muckle langer Nordschleife "North loop" track which wis built in the 1920s aroond the veelage an medieval castle o Nürburg in the Eifel muntains. The north loop is 20.8 km (12.9 mi) lang an haes mair nor 300 metres (1,000 feet) o elevation chynge frae its lawest tae heichest points. Jackie Stewart elk-named the auld track "The Green Hell".[1]
