Luga (Roushie: Лу́га; Finnish: Laukaa; Votic: Laugaz) is a toun an the admeenistrative centre o Luzhsky Destrict o Leningrad Oblast, Roushie, locatit on the Luga River 140 kilometer (87 mi) sooth o St. Petersburg. Population: 38,593 (2010 Census);[1] 40,434 (2002 Census);[5] 41,769 (1989 Census).[6]
