John B. Anderson
John Bayard Anderson (born 15 Februar 1922; died 3 December 2017) wis a Unitit States Congressman and Preses candidate frae Illinois. He was a U.S. Representative frae the 16th Congressional District of Illinois faer ten terms, frae 1961 through 1981.

Anderson wis a Republican but ran as an independent candidate in the 1980 presidential election.[1][2] He has been a political reform leader, including serving 12 years as chair of the board of FairVote.
