Collogue:Paedophilia

I put the minimum age that a person needs to be to be able to be diagnosed with pedophilia down as 16 years old. That's what the DSM-IV of the American Psychiatric Association states. However, 16-17 year olds are not usually considered adults, so perhaps putting that in gives a misleading impression that they are. I was criticized for giving that misleading impression on simple English wikipedia. Is it ok to include the minimum age for diagnosis in the article, or does that give a false impression that 16-17 year olds are considered adults?--FDR (tauk) 09:14, 12 Apryle 2015 (UTC)Reply
