Artashat
Artashat (Armenie: Արտաշատ; Hellenisit as Artaxata: Greek: Ἀρτάξατα), is a ceety on Araks River in the Ararat valley, 30 km sootheast o Yerevan. Being ane o the auldest ceeties o Armenie, Artashat is the caipital o Ararat Province.
