Wee Macgreegor (properly cried Macgregor Robinson) is a chairacter creatit in sketches an buiks scrieved by the author JJ Bell. He wis first seen in the Glesga Evenin Times in 1901.[1] He wis a gey cheeky wee laddie that likit his sweeties and wis the son tae respectable wirkin cless fowk Lizzie an John Robinson that bided in Glesga.

Bell first scrieved anent Wee Macgreegor in the Glesga Evenin Times. He wis inspyrt by fowk in Glesga and wid aft times eariwig oan fowk and thair faimilies oan Argyle Street in Glesga. The name o Macgreegor cam fae eariwiggin oan a faimily oan the Firth of Clyde steamer at a Glesga Fair whaur he haurd a mither tellin her son "Macgreegor, tak yer paw's haun', or ye'll get nae carvies tae yer tea!".[2]
