Torphins (tɔrˈfɪnz tawr-FINZ;[1] Scots Gaelic: Tòrr Fionn) is a village in Ryal Deeside, Aiberdeenshire, Scotland which lies aboot 23 mile wast o Aiberdeen. It is situatit on the A980, aboot 7 mile nor'wast o Banchry, an wis ance sert bi the Great North of Scotland Railway.
