The Sinai Peninsula or simply Sinai (/ˈsn/;[1][2] Arabic: سيناءSīnāʼ ; Egyptian Arabic: سيناSīna, IPA: [ˈsiːnæ]; Hebrew: סיני‎‎ Sinai) is a triangular peninsula in Egyp aboot 60,000 km2 (23,000 sq mi) in aurie. It is situatit atween the Mediterranean Sea tae the north, an the Reid Sea tae the sooth, an is the anly pairt o Egyptian territory locatit in Asie, as opponed tae Africae, servin as a laund brig atween twa continents.
