Sõmerpalu
Sõmerpalu (Võro: Sõmmõrpalo, German: Sommerpahlen) is a smaw borough (Estonie: alevik) in Võru Coonty, Estonie. It is the admeenistrative centre o Sõmerpalu Pairish.[1]

Sõmerpalu manor
eeditThe history o the local manor goes back tae at least 1544, when thare wis a fortifee'd manor, a sae-cried "vassal castle", at approximately the same steid as the present-day manor hoose. Durin the Livonie War, housomeivver, this biggin wis destroyed, an a new manor hoose wis biggit some time efter this. The present hoose wis erectit in the 1860's in the then-popular neo-Gothic style.[2]
