Penig (German pronunciation: [ˈpeːnɪç]) is a toun in the destrict o Mittelsachsen, in the Free State o Saxony, Germany. It is situatit on the river Zwickauer Mulde, 19 km northwast o Chemnitz. Penig hoosit a concentration camp durin Warld War II.
