Victor Santiago, Jr. (born September 6, 1977), best kent bi his stage name N.O.R.E., formerly Noreaga, is an American rapper.[1] Santiago first rose tae prominence as ane half o the East Coast hip hop duo Capone-N-Noreaga (C-N-N), alangside fellae Queens-based rapper Capone. He wad an aa hae success as a solo artist wi the singles "Superthug", "Banned from T.V.", "Nothin'", "Oye Mi Canto" an "Mas Maiz".
