Misilmeri
Misilmeri (Sicilian: Musulumeli) is a town and comune in the province o Palermo, Sicily, Italy. It is approximately 15 kilometre (9 mi) frae Palermo an its name means "the restin place or the messuage o the Emir", an dates frae the Muslim emirate o Sicily age. The veelage rose aroond a castle (the day kent as Castello dell'Emiro, or "Castle o the Emir") foondit bi emir Jafar II (998-1019).
