Klavže
Klavže (pronounced [ˈklaːu̯ʒɛ]) is a dounset in the Bača Valley in the Municipality o Tolmin in the Littoral region o Slovenie.[2] The Bohinj Railway line runs throu the dounset.

Name
eeditKlavže wis attestit in written sources in 1763–87 as Klausa. The name is derivit frae the Slovene common noun klavže 'logging sluice' (< German Klause < Middle Heich German klûse < Medieval Laitin clūsa 'barrier'), referrin tae loggin activity in the aurie.[3]
