In Julie o the same year, the sel-titled demo album wis released. Bi Aprile o the follaein year, thay haed released anither demo album, Endless Nauseous Days, an wur wirkin towards thair debut full-lenth CD. The 8-track album, entitled Gloomy Lights, wis released in November 2004 throu Hello Frae The Gutter Records.

In Januar 2006, Gallhammer wis signed tae Peaceville Records, on the recommendation o Darkthrone.[4] A CD/DVD pack, entitled The Dawn of..., wis released, containin a CD, demo an rehearsal fuitage, an a DVD recordin o Gallhammer performin in Okayama an five concerts in Tokyo.

Gallhammer released thair seicont full-lenth album, Ill Innocence, throu Peaceville Records in September 2007, follaed bi a European tour. In Mairch 2008, thay did a seicont European tour. Thay an aa played at the Inferno Metal Festival in Juin.
