Carlos Julio Arosemena Monroy (24 August 1919[1] – 5 Mairch 2004) served as Vice Preses o Ecuador and due to the oustin o Preses José María Velasco Ibarra, became Preses o Ecuador frae 7 November 1961 to 11 Julie 1963.
