Asyut Govrenorate (Arabic: ‏محافظة أسيوطMuḥāfaẓat Asyūṭ) is ane o the govrenorates o Egyp. It stretches for aboot 120 km alang the banks o the Nile. The caipital o the govrenorate is the ceety o Asyut.
