Wachtebeke
Wachtebeke is a municipality locatit in the Belgian province o East Flanders. The municipality comprises the toun o Wachtebeke proper, an a smawer toun: Overslag.[1] On Januar 1, 2006 Wachtebeke haed a total population o 6,881. The total aurie is 34.53 km² which gives a population density o 199 inhabitants per square kilometre|km².
The current mayor o Wachtebeke (as o 2004) is Rudy Van Cronenburg.
The Langelede is a sma canal an correspondin residential street in the toun. The neighborhuid is slowly migratin frae a poor agricultural environment towards a heicher middle-class residential aurie.
