St Luke's Kirk is in St Luke's Church Road, Formby, Sefton, Merseyside, Ingland, an is an acteev Anglican pairish kirk in the diocese o Liverpool. The oreeginal chapel on the site wis destroit bi a sandstorm in 1739. It wis replaced bi the present kirk in 1854, an this wis stended in 1897. The kirk is recordit in the National Heritage List for Ingland as a designated Grade II leetit biggin.
