eeditSan Borja is the seat o the San Borja Municipality, the seicont municipal section o the José Ballivián Province.[2] The toun is locatit at an elevation o 197 m on the left bank o Río Maniqui, a tributar o Río Rapulo which flows intae Río Mamoré.
