Sallent (Catalan pronunciation: [səˈʎen də ʎuβɾəˈɣat]) is a municipality in the comarca o Bages, Province o Barcelona, in the autonomous commonty o Catalonie, Spain. The river Llobregat divides the municipality intae twa hauves. Its main resources are minin an industry. It wis the birthplace o Saint Anthony Mary Claret (1807–1870)
