The Ythan is a river in the north-east o Scotland risin at Wells o Ythan near the veelage o Ythanwells an flowin sooth-eastwards throu the touns o Fyvie, Methlick an Ellon afore flowin intae the North Sea near Neeburgh, in Formartine.[1]
