Puerto Padre is a municipality an ceety in the Las Tunas Province o Cuba. It is locatit on the northren coastal region o the province, in an estuar (Estero El Espanolito) that opens intae the Puerto Padre Bay.

Kent popularly as the Ceety o Mills, Puerto Padre haes a history datin back intae the 16t century. In the mid-19t century, the ceety began its transformation frae a sma toun intae an industrial centre wi the construction o its first succarcane mill. The ceety played a lairge role in Cuba's wars o unthirldom, an the day is something o a tourist centre.

The municipality is dividit intae the barrios o Chaparra, Delicias, Estrada Palma, La Lima, La Yaya, Los Alfonsos, Maniabón, Norte, San Manuel, Santa María, Sur, Vedado an Yarey.[3]
