Princess Auguste Magdalene o Hesse-Darmstadt (6 Mairch 1657 – 1 September 1674, Darmstadt) wis a German noblewoman and poet. Princess Auguste Magdalene wis a dochter o Coont Louis VI o Hesse-Darmstadt (1630–1678) frae his mairiage tae Maria Elisabeth o Holstein-Gottorp (1634–1665), a dochter o Duke Frederick III o Holstein-Gottorp. Like her faither an her sister Magdalene Sibylle, she was active as a writer. She translated the Psalms o David intae German verse and wrote a poetry collection entitled The door tae German poetry. She died only 17 years auld an was buried in the Ceety kirk in Darmstadt.
