Muisical style eedit

Marduk wis formed bi Morgan Steinmeyer Håkansson in order tae form the "maist blasphemous baund in the warld" Their muisical style wis that o a straight-forrit daith metal influenced take on black metal muisic, but as the years progressed their style an imagery became more o a fast an intense form o black metal. Marduk's predominant leerical topics ar Satanism, anti-Christianity, Biblical tales, daith, Third Reich heestory an Warld War II. The latter twa ar a later addition tae their leerical/conceptual themes, stemming frae their 1999 release Panzer Division Marduk. Marduk hae recorded further sangs relating tae those chapters o human heestory, such as "The Hangman of Prague" (moniker o Reinhard Heydrich - seicont in command o the SS - in his capacity as the de facto Reichsprotektor o Bohemie an Moravie), "Night of the Long Knives", "Deathmarch" an ithers.
