Kvemo Kartli
Kvemo Kartli (Lawer Kartli, Georgie: ქვემო ქართლი) is a historic province an current admeenistrative region in sootheastren Georgie. The ceety o Rustavi is the regional caipital. The population is mixed atween Georgies (51%) an Azeris (42%).[1] The current govrenor is Shota Rekhviashvili.
