The Kinrick o the Twa Sicilies (Italian: Regno delle Due Sicilie)[1] wis the lairgest o the Italian states afore the Italian unification.[2] It wis furmed as a union o the Kinrick o Sicily an the Kinrick o Naples, which collectively haed lang been cried the "Twa Sicilies" (Utriusque Siciliae). The Kinrick o the Twa Sicilies lastit frae 1816 till 1860, when it wis annexed bi the Kinrick o Sardinie, which eventually acame the Kinrick o Italy in 1861.
