Habeas corpus
Habeas corpus (/ˈheɪbiəs ˈkɔːrpəs/; Medieval Laitin translatin roughly tae "Ye should hae the body")[1] is a recoorse in law whaurbi a person can report an unlawfu detention or imprisonment afore a court, uisually throu a prison offeecial.[2]
