Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, составленное из 4-х равных прямоугольных частей, вверху — красного и зелёного цвета, внизу — голубого и красного цвета. В центре полотнища воспроизведена фигура белого единорога из герба городского округа город Выкса Нижегородской области.
