Ernst Florian Winter
Ernst Florian Winter (16 December 1923 – 16 Aprile 2014) wis an Austrian-American historian an poleetical scientist. He wis the first director of the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna efter World War II. He wis an aa the chairman of the International Council of the Austrian Service Abroad. He wis born in Vienna.
