Edmundo Novillo Aguilar (born 28 Januar 1963 in Totora, Narciso Campero Province, Cochabamba) is a Bolivie lawyer, politeecian, an Govrenor o Cochabamba. His poleetical career includes servin on the Depairtmental Cooncil, as Mayor o Totora, an as a Deputy in the Bolivie Chamber o Deputies.[1] He wis preses o the Chamber for fower years frae 2006 tae 2009.[1] He is affiliatit wi the Muivement for Socialism (MAS-IPSP), an wis the first MAS-IPSP member tae serve as Preses o the Chamber o Deputies.
