Govrenment eedit
The mayor o the Bolívar Municipality is Freddy Arenas, electit on 23 November 2008 wi 61% o the vote.[5] He replaced César Augusto Barrera Ramirez shortly efter the elections. The municipality is dividit intae ane pairish; Capital Bolívar.[2]
