Arani Municipality
Arani Municipality is the first municipal section o the Arani Province in the Cochabamba Depairtment, Bolivie. Its seat is Arani. At the time o census 2001 the municipality haed 11,542 inhabitants.[1]

It is bordered tae the north bi the Tiraque Province, tae the east bi the Vacas Municipality, tae the sooth bi the Mizque Province an tae the wast bi the Punata Province.

Ivery year on 24 August the population o Arani celebrates ane o its maist important Catholic festivities, Virgen La Bella, dedicatit tae the Virgin Mary, whose image is veneratit wi hintle devotion bi the residents an fowk frae abroad.
