Aarhus, (Dens pronunciation: [ˈɒːhuːˀs] ( listen)), is the seicont-lairgest ceety in Denmark. The principal port o Denmark, Aarhus is on the east side o the peninsula o Jutland in the geographical centre o Denmark. Aarhus is the seat o the cooncil o Aarhus municipality wi 310,956[3] indwallers an 242,914 (1 Januar 2010)[2] in the inner urban area, an aboot 800,000 indwallers athin 1/2 oor transport (Greater Aarhus). The city claims the unofficial title "Caipital o Jutland".[4]
