Vitamin B6 refers tae a group o chemically seemilar compoonds which can be interconvertit in biological seestems. Vitamin B6 is pairt o the vitamin B group o essential nutrients. Its active form, pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, serves as a coenzyme in some 100 enzyme reactions in amino acid, glucose, an lipid metabolism.[1]
