Hey Tom. It's become clear that your Scots ability is lacking and what you're creating is Scotched English. I'm not sure if you're aware, but for the better part of a decade well meaning non-Scots speakers contributed thousands of similarly Scotched articles to the wiki, and we're now having to clean them all up.

As such, I'm going to have to ask you to slow down with the page creation. You are repeating the exact same actions as the other Scotchers, churning out page after page of Scotched English in an unencylopaedic manner (such as being stubs, lacking notability and lacking references) and we just do not have the manpower to keep up and fix all these pages on top of all the other pages that need to be fixed. While we appreciate your efforts in creating pages, you just do not have the language competence to be writing articles for the wiki.

I'm also a bit concerned that the pages you are creating may be copyright violations. Comparing this and this there are some cases of close paraphrasing, which could be a violation of intellectual property rights as no attribution was given.

My advice to you is that you take a break from the wiki and learn actual Scots. The Open University has a basic Scots language course, and Michael Dempster has a 10-hour course on YouTube (found here). Hello, just saw this and the your reply on the Admeenistrators' noticebuird. The reason I mentioned my brain injury is because my memory truly is AWFUL (may sound like a convenient excuse but sadly is a fact and trust me I hate it).

And Favonian does seem to have it in for me. I have even seen categories name suspected sockpuppets of LouisPhilippeCharles (created by Favonian) who've edited pages that I know literally nothing about and are thus of no interest to me. As I mentioned on this link [2] I do honestly feel that I am an easy target to ignore/dismiss by someone who has the position of an admin and that to me is not fair. I am another human being, you know with feelings. Plus the brain injury has left me with a fairly sharp tongue at times (out of pure frustration regarding these circumstances). But being treated like a contagious disease is not fair when I had done a lot of work on Wikipedia prior to it being ripped away from me by someone who had the power to do so. Please remember I am another human being, just because you have not seen my face nor heard my voice does not mean it's not true. I just realised I could reply here and I wanted to say that saying I've misrepresented the truth is not entirely fair because as I have consistently said to you I have had a brain injury and my memory truly is abysmal. I was editing Wikipedia while at uni from 2008-20011 and mustve been blocked/banned/removed after 2011 roughly as I had the brain injury in 2012 and the bits I do remember are very fuzzy nor are they in sync. thus forgetting about the global ban. (if that makes sense?) As I also said I did contact an admin on enwiki by the name of Salvidrim! (I think he's no longer an admin as of this moment in time) and he was able to revive the LouisPhilippeCharles account with the word New at the end. Within I'd say roughly 20 minutes (while correcting the article about User:PBS I was again blocked by Favonian. I do not see how it is ok for a select few to treat others like dirt on their shoes purely because they have the tools and ability to do so. How is that fair. As I've also said I HONESTLY DO NOT want ANY TROUBLE at all, jus thought that by doing some work on scowiki I could at least continue to contribute quietly while possibly bumping into someone with the power to help me return to enwiki using the right channels. I did consider emailing the request an account on another email address then thought if I was to do that I'd be gunned down and hailed as a sockpuppet yet again, so feels like I can't win. =[ Please help me signed Tom

Thank you for replying. To be fair that username does sound familiar (Worm That Turned) so you must be correct to be fair, you also seem to be missing my point regarding my brain injury, as I said the few memories I have are very very very sketchy and not quite in sync (not just regarding Wikipedia, but my actual life prior to injury) the last thing I do remember editing on enwiki prior to being blocked was correcting the name Marie Gabrielle Éléonore de Bourbon (she obviously signed as M g e de bourbon, as we can see the signature by her own hand, I fail to see how one can argue with a signature written by the person the article is about) and I do roughly remember that. Slightly unrelated but the last time I emailed the stewards on the 9th of December I was told the following Your ticket number is #2020120910012008. if that means anything to anyone? I haven't had a reply/any further contact regarding that email yet either. As noted I'm a human being. I do have feelings and as I also said I';m not looking to cause trouble at all. I said I'd like to return to contributing and not on the sly. Uiser:CiphriusKane, can you please take my email address and email me to discuss this further as well as my options. I did get an email from the stewards the other day which said create a new account and start a fresh and I was very hesitant as I know that IF I was to do that I'd be accused of god only knows what. Firstly Tom, apologies for the delay in responding. I was on a wikibreak when ye sent the message and kinda got swept up in other wiki work when I returned. Secondly, I'll keep this brief as there's a few things I'm wanting to say but will do so on the noticeboard rather than here, but I've been looking into the enwiki community block and Favonian, and while I believe that what happens on enwiki should stay on enwiki, yer mentioning it and yer general crosswiki behaviour means it will probably need to be addressed before any decision about yer future here is decided CiphriusKane (tauk) 14:09, 17 Januar 2021 (UTC)

I did email the stewards the other week and was told I could go ahead and set up an account so I requested one instead (that seemed to be a more legitimate option to me, plus then it would decrease the chance of me being labelled a sockpuppet) but yes, requested an account then was told my IP is blocked, so I'm now desperately trying Appeal a block on an the IP address. In my limited defence, I did only make 2, no 3 pages I didn't church out 150 in as day as I have done. (en) The block is only to the mainspace, you can still edit talk pages and such, so you can still suggest changes on relevant talk pages. I was willing to turn a blind eye to the mainspace edits but the creation of six pages in four hours, in the vein of the low-quality standard we've been trying to avoid, was too much (which, if I recall correctly, was at or above the rate you were going at prior to the community discussion). We've tried to work with you so that the wiki gets high quality articles in your area of speciality, but every deal we've worked out and every request we've made you've subsequently ignored, probably because you forgot about it.
